All prices shown on this website include VAT and exclude shipping costs. After ordering and payment you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. An attractive fixed regular discount is available for professional hoof caretakers. Please contact us for this.

We use an SSL Certificate so that you can be sure that your data is sent via a secure connection and cannot fall into the hands of third parties. Online payment methods are Ideal, BanContact, ApplePay. MasterCard, VISA etc. Paying afterwards, or paying in installments, is not possible.
Send
Everything is shipped with track & trace code. We do our best to have the order delivered to you as soon as possible. If the items of your order are in stock, the order will be sent within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment, on working days. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation and the invoice by e-mail. In the unlikely event that the above shipping period is not met, we will inform you in good time. Delivery takes place via Post.NL or DHL and will be delivered to the address you provided. After shipment you will receive an email with the track & trace number of your package, with which you can track your package via the website of Post.NL or DHL.
Order as a professional
As a professional hoof caretaker (farrier, hairdresser, barefoot trimmer or hoof specialist) you can order at a discount on the selling price. Please send us an e-mail with your address/invoice details and company details (including a valid VAT/VAT number).
Professionals can use the products for treatment and prevention. It is desirable that the product is applied immediately after the canopy. When the professional applies the product, it is common for them to request a storage for the application and deployment of the product.
Cooling-off period/return
It is sometimes possible that you want to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging must be returned to us. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@rebelhoofcare.com . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning.
Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's not a problem at all. You can contact info@rebelhoofcare.com . However, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

Accidentally passed on a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Guarantee
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport, for example. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of detection of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by emailing info@rebelhoofcare.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
